Acre is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a £1 billion turnover global FMCG, to support in the development of a group sustainability function to coordinate and streamline local activities and to design progressive sustainability programmes for group-wide implementation.

We are looking for a Sustainability Performance and Reporting Manager to support the delivery of group sustainability strategy and goals. You will work across the group to inform senior executives on brand and market progress and communicating with other stakeholders in an engaging and beyond-PDF format.

Reporting to the Group Sustainability Director, as well as feeding into sustainability strategy, you will help automate manufacturing sites and supply chain reporting processes, adopting best practice and being key in driving and communicating the organisations sustainability leadership agenda.


  • Leading the annual sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement process; working across the global network to ensure timely supply of KPIs and to align sustainability and financial reporting efforts
  • Developing and managing a digital reporting format and delivery of an interactive online reporting platform, supporting data provision and automation
  • Collaborating with Group communications and marketing to ensure progress is communicated to build employee engagement, brand and reputation.


  • Experience in sustainability reporting, either within a similar corporate or consultancy
  • A strong understanding of external reporting standards and wider landscape trends
  • Self starter attitude, independent and able to run and deliver projects in a budget considerate and timely manner
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of engaging and senior executive level
  • Spanish speaking skills preferable, but not essential
