Acre is pleased to be working with a large multinational media company to source a Sustainability Reporting and Engagement Manager to lead on developing the organisation's reporting process and its communication to internal and external stakeholders, as part of the wider Sustainability strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, with exposure to the Chief Technical Officer, you will have full ownership and autonomy over the reporting process, spearheading the organisation's transition to more innovative, digital formats of performance measurement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading annual sustainability reporting process, including data collection, ensuring high quality submission
  • Transforming the organisation's approach to reporting to a digital, more engaging format and delivering an online platform that allows data provision for stakeholder needs
  • Heading up work and engagement with rating agencies, becoming the business' go-to expect on materiality topics
  • Collaborating with communications and marketing to ensure progress is effectively communicated internally to build employee engagement and externally for brand enhancement purposes

The successful candidate will work within a highly dynamic and collaborative team of 5 and will have a keen interest in the changing landscape of sustainability reporting.

Requirements include:

  • Experience working in a reporting focussed corporate sustainability role
  • Strong project management experience with strong attention to detail and proven analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with external reporting standards, rating agencies and broader trends
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with previous experience of engaging at executive level
