Client Success Executive

Join them as a Client Success Executive, where you'll be instrumental in building strong, trusted relationships with partners.

​

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, guiding them through our ESG+ assessment platform, and providing sustainability advice.

• Guiding clients through their assessment journey, promoting continuous improvement.

• Working with the Marketing team to promote client partnerships and sustainability efforts.

• Leading discovery and pitch meetings with prospects.

• Contributing to team and personal targets, working towards revenue targets and other KPIs.

• Building relationships across our network of brands, suppliers, and retailers.

Since they exclusively work with luxury brands, they have a deep understanding of their unique ecosystems, and their small team of experts give unrivalled support and collaboration.

​

To shape a sustainable future, they work with clients to help redefine business models and rebuild consumer trust.

​

To succeed in this role, you will already have:

• 2+ years of customer management or consulting experience, preferably in sustainability.

• Strong sustainability knowledge, ideally with formal education in related fields.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passionate about sustainability and proactive in staying up to date with ESG topics.

• Sales experience in acquiring new clients is desirable.
