The Role
You will be responsible for leading and executing the CEO's special projects and initiatives to drive growth, develop industry partnerships, and lead the CEO's special projects and business initiatives. You will execute on critical opportunities and high-profile projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with the CEO to develop and execute special projects and strategic initiatives in alignment with the firm's vision, mission, and objectives with a specific focus on climate and social issues.
Directly lead on CEO's projects and initiatives where needed, providing support of analysis on competitive landscape, and industry meetings.
Act on behalf of the CEO at events, industry meetings, and internal stakeholder meetings.
Working with the CEO to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting and attending meetings with CEO, managing effective hand-off internally for projects when appropriate.
Managing the launch of a CRM for executive and strategic communications.
Develop outreach approach to the external ecosystem for partnerships and relationship development.
Provide regular updates to the CEO for the progress of special projects, initiatives, and key milestones achieved.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and streamlined execution of the CEO's strategic projects across the firm.
Contribute to the culture of humility, innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in investment management applying relevant insights to internal and external initiatives.
Lead on AdHoc projects as needed.
Support the junior team members helping to foster a culture of a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years' directly relevant experience in management consulting AND experience within private markets, investment banking and/or impact investing
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred or similar advanced degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field preferred
Knowledge of and passion for using investing as a means by which to support social and environmental impact.
Discretion and Proven track record of leading and executing strategic initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate towards common goals.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience using think-cell preferred
Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes in a team environment
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize competing demands
Experience working in a virtual working environment preferred
