Acre is working with a leading fast-growth, boutique real estate consultancy on a Head of Reporting and Sustainability Frameworks role that serves as the frameworks reporting expert on their consulting team serving large commercial real estate investment portfolio clients. This role advises the firm's clients on their sustainability reporting strategy.
Depending upon the candidate's experience, this role could be designated as a Senior Manager or Director level. The role reports to a VP of Consulting and Data & Analytics and may have a team of 1-3 direct reports.
Role Responsibilities
Oversees all GRESB, UN PRI, TCFD, and CDP responses for commercial real estate clients
Leads service offerings to support client compliance with SFDR, California Climate Disclosure Regulation and SEC Climate Disclosure requirements
Provides thought leadership around trends and topics related to sustainability and ESG reporting
Creates internal resources and provides regular staff training to support internal processes and knowledge management
Essential Knowledge and Experience
5 or more years of sustainability and ESG reporting framework expertise
Experience in a professional services firm in a client-facing role
Strong presentation, training and thought leadership skills
Real estate sector and GRESB experience preferred
Remote work environment with quarterly travel to headquarters for team meetings
