Interim Growth Marketing Manager

A fast-growing sustainability consultancy is seeking an ambitious and purpose-driven individual to join its mission-led team. The organisation partners with businesses to accelerate their transition to net zero, combining technology, expertise, and policy insight to deliver measurable carbon reductions and long-term value.

 

They’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute campaigns that build brand salience, generate demand for their services, and drive measurable business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition and pipeline generation.

 

This is a high-impact hands-on role where you'll combine data-led decision-making, creative thinking, and a test-and-learn mindset to scale our marketing engine and support commercial success.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s end-to-end growth and lead generation strategy across digital, content, performance, and partner channels
  • Manage and scale multi-channel campaigns to attract and convert target audiences across digital platforms and events, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and optimising CPL and ROI
  • Own the digital marketing strategy, including website and social media channels, and oversee PPC performance in collaboration with external agencies to maximise Return on Ad Spend
  • Continuously test and enhance campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis
  • Report on growth marketing KPIs, lead attribution, campaign ROI, and lead quality to senior stakeholders
  • Identify emerging market trends and evaluate new channels, tools, and tactics to drive scalable and sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing activity and broader business goals
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and the marketing tech stack to support lead generation, automation, and campaign execution

 

Person specification

  • Previous experience in a demand generation, growth, or performance marketing in a B2B environment
  • Proven success running scalable campaigns that drive qualified leads
  • Strong hands-on skills with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), SEO tools, and marketing automation (Dynamics preferred) and managing agencies and budget
  • A passion for sustainability and driving positive change
