With a background in urban planning in Australia and Malaysia, Thaddeus began his recruitment career in executive search, specialising in the technology sector with a focus on digital transformation. He played a key role in growing the business and building strong relationships with major clients. At Acre, Thaddeus has successfully placed mid- to executive-level professionals in the consumer goods and manufacturing sectors, covering both technical and leadership roles.
His prior experience in urban planning and sustainability, coupled with his technical expertise, enables him to connect top talent with purpose-driven organisations. Thaddeus holds a BA in Urban & Regional Planning and an MSc in Urbanism.
