Acre is partnered with an internationally renowned consumer goods organisation in over 190 countries, with several billion consumers every day. With a purpose-led business sustainability agenda and clear commitments, the sustainability team has gone through a significant growth phase. To support this growth, they are now seeking an Assistant Sustainability Manager

In this newly created role, reflecting growth across ten thematic areas focused on the delivery of climate and nature topics, you will be managing external reporting, internal reporting, and project delivery.

​

You will also:

  • Be the 'go-to' in the team for external reporting, including managing projects with CDP Forests, Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), WBA, and Consumer Goods Forum. Through accurate reporting on metrics and disclosures, you will be helping the business to maintain its position at the forefront of sustainability.

  • Collaborating with the team, you will lead improvements in internal reporting, metric assurance, and quarterly reports. Robust data, processes, and systems play a core part in the ongoing development of the sustainability team's progress.

  • Engaging stakeholders internally, educating them on certification standards and presenting and influencing where appropriate.
