Acre is working with a renowned property management and real estate organisation looking for a Community Manager to join their public affairs team on one of their client's sites. You will be integral in delivering the social sustainability initiatives for the forthcoming years, creating a diverse and vibrant campus, and connecting occupiers with the wider community.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract, with a flexible working pattern based in London and paying up to £45,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and reviewing all social initiatives

  • Developing and maintaining external relationships with local stakeholders (e.g. schools, community groups and businesses)

  • Be the face of the company in the community and a known first point of on-site contact

  • Guiding customers' understanding of their own sustainability programmes

  • Liaising with on-site event, communications and marketing teams

  • Showcase campus as a site to work in and visit and to co-ordinate community events

  • Manage occupier and supply chain community networks

Personal Requirements:

  • Understanding of working with both corporate organisations and the voluntary sector

  • Experience in corporate or community event project management

  • A familiarity with the City of London, neighbouring Local authorities and the local area
