CSR Manager - Law Firm

Acre is working with a law firm looking for a CSR Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. Using your expertise, you will apply your strategic and operational knowledge to a broad range of CSR areas, such as Charity and Community, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability and Wellbeing. You will also have the ability to manage a team of two and work collaboratively across the firm.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the expectation of travelling to the London office.

​

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the strategy and operations for each of the CSR areas

• Driving engagement in all areas of CSR work, including communication, committees and EDI support networks

• Leading on new partnerships and initiatives for further CSR work

• Reporting on emissions and implementing emissions reduction strategy

• EDI strategy refresh and implementation of internal data project

• Changing charity partners and aligning community programmes with new office location

• Supporting B-Corp status for firm

• Manage the CSR coordinator and apprentice

You will have:

• Previous private sector experience across CSR areas (charity and community, EDI, pro bono, sustainability and wellbeing)
