Acre is partnering with a SaaS leader that spans across several sectors, with over one million users who rely on the software to bring together data and insights across governance, risk, compliance and ESG. Through combining this into one centralised platform, this platform helps organisations around the world accelerate their impact, and advance with purpose.

When it comes to ESG, words are nothing without action, and now Acre is supporting them in their growth phase with this new senior hire.

​

In this newly created role, you will be leading on the following:

• Developing, executing, and accelerating the product strategy across a range of Sustainability and Data SaaS products. You will keep up to speed with the latest industry trends and themes and weave these into your strategy as you go along, always seeking further improvements and product satisfaction.

• Leading and encouraging a team, providing mentorship and support wherever needed. You enjoy being an internal 'go-to' person and collaborate across teams such as engineering, data science, marketing, and sales. Through working closely with other departments and gathering 'buy-in' and further success for the platform.

• External engagement of relevant product updates and launches, gathering and actioning feedback to optimise product performance. You champion these insights and have a customer-focused mindset, always looking to hear feedback to further improve the offering.

• A proven and demonstrable track record of product management, with relevant exposure to managing Data SaaS products, and ESG or Sustainability. Combined with this, you know how data analytics and business intelligence can feed into and contribute to wider business strategy.

• A strategic and solution-oriented mindset. You welcome a challenge, know how to overcome hurdles and are comfortable in different situations whether that be working with different teams, geographies, or technologies.

• Excellent team leadership and engagement skills. You encourage high performance, drive those around you, love leading from the front, and growing teams out further.

This role has the opportunity to be based in London, Budapest, Germany or Bangalore. We are also accepting candidates based on the East Coast of the US.
