Are you an Executive Assistant looking for the opportunity to join a market-leading, purpose-oriented private equity investor?

This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to a leading private equity firm committed to sustainability and ESG. With €5 billion in assets under management, our client supports long-term partnerships with entrepreneurs through its 4 core businesses: renewable energy, sustainable cities, deep tech venture capital, and co-investment. Consequently, this role will position you at the forefront of European private equity that is having a beneficial outcome on our planet.

The role will have high visibility within the organization, requiring regular interaction with all internal departments and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Liaising with both external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.

  • Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and setting up meetings.

  • Making extensive international and domestic travel arrangements; preparing itineraries and expense reports; maintaining a database of travel preferences.

  • Creating and maintaining information systems to support the team: key information, portfolio phone lists, brochure inserts, board meeting charts, etc

  • Preparing briefing materials, meeting agendas, and slide decks for high-level meetings.

  • Supporting members of the senior executive team with the coordination of various ad-hoc projects.

  • Executing various weekly internal reporting requirements and CRM data entries.

Your profile:

  • At least five years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services and support at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication in both English and French.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage short deadlines while maintaining high work standards.

  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

  • An ability to take initiative, think on one's feet, and function

  • The capability to work on confidential matters.

  • Bachelor's Degree program is preferred.

  • An understanding of the financial ecosystem is advantageous.
