As the Group Head of Sustainability, you will be at the forefront of their transformation into a leader in climate solutions. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will have full ownership of developing the roadmap and frameworks for all ESG activities. Your role will be instrumental in driving their commercial sustainability agenda, ensuring alignment with business objectives and investor expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that positions Idverde as a leader in climate solutions.

  • Establish ambitious KPIs and targets to measure their environmental impact and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support the CFO with investor relations efforts, communicating their sustainability initiatives and long-term value creation opportunities.

  • Lead on the changing statutory reporting requirement across Europe.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability across their business processes and decision-making.

  • Drive innovation and commerciality in sustainability initiatives, identifying revenue growth and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Chair the ESG Committee and foster cross-functional collaboration to embed sustainability across their corporate culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing ambitious sustainability strategies in a corporate environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage employees at all levels.

  • Experience working in a distributed workforce environment, preferably across EMEA.

  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving value through sustainability initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluency in French is advantageous, but not essential.
