Respira International is an impact-driven carbon finance company dedicated to environmental impact. By offering premium carbon credits, Respira enables corporations and financial institutions to mitigate their environmental footprint.
Due to continually strong investment performance, Respira is seeking an Institutional Sales lead to drive their next phase of client development. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with portfolio management and origination teams, the senior salesperson will interface with professionals from various sectors, including Family Offices, Insurance Companies, DFIs, Endowments and SWFs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships
Cultivate Third Party Marketing partner relations
Manage marketing collateral for capital raising
Identify sales process improvements
Establish efficient investor pipeline monitoring
Requirements:
Track record in relationship building and sales with institutional investors, impact investors and family offices in Europe
Interest in the environment and climate action
Curiosity about investor processes and decisions combined with strong commercial acumen
Knowledge of carbon markets and corporate net zero strategies is preferred
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Willingness to travel
