Are you a motivated SaaS Product Management, Strategy and Delivery professional looking to move into a purpose-led role in an organisation that helps businesses across the globe reduce their environmental impacts?

Acre has partnered with Manufacture 2030 (M2030), a fast-growing company focused on helping their customers progress towards their carbon reduction targets. This market-leading tech business works with the world's biggest brands like Toyota, Ford, SC Johnson, Reckitt, Sainsbury, Kingfisher, GSK, and Bayer to measure, manage and reduce emissions throughout their supply chains.

As the business continues to have fantastic growth, they are looking to find an experienced Head of Product to join and lead their software product team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing product and engineering team, taking responsibility and ownership of product management and the UX/UI team.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • To develop and refine product ideas to meet business objectives.

  • Research customer and business needs, and together with UX and Engineering, prototype, test, and deliver product changes that delight M2030 customers, and by doing so, make a positive impact on the climate crisis.

  • Collaborate and work with the Product Team leadership group, together with other heads of departments, to steer the ongoing development of M2030's products and service offerings.

  • Engagement and collaboration with the software engineering team, customer/market-facing teams and getting qualitative feedback.

  • Represent M2030 at client meetings and workshops, gathering inputs and giving them confidence in the direction of development.

Skills and experience to succeed in this role include:

  • Multiple years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to grow software products in a value-focused way for customers & the business.

  • Experience shaping product strategy with market and user research.

  • Identifying and setting KPIs for product performance.

  • Validating solution ideas: Using, for example, product demos, usability tests, and A/B tests; Working with data: Selecting data samples, analysing them, and drawing the right conclusions.

  • Working with the product backlog: identifying, prioritising, refining, and updating a backlog; Capturing product backlog items as user stories.

  • Product feedback and discovery experience; listening to customers and prospective customers to refine ideas and gather feedback.

  • Experience running compelling value-focused product demos.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of and strong interest in climate change and sustainability.
