  • Manage the day-to-day Health and Safety operations within the Head Office, including (but not limited to) Health and Safety inspections, Health and Safety inductions for new employees, and sending H&S communications/bulletins. Also, to recruit and organise training for Fire Marshals, Mental Health champions, and First Aiders - being their key point of contact.

  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly H&S management reports, including supporting the build of the H&S Committee Report and all Board Reports every quarter.

  • Manage the Health and Safety and Quality Management System in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards and certification.

It is vital the post holder has a high level of gravitas and engagement, delivering their work in an open, energetic and enthusiastic way.

The successful individual will have:

  • Previous experience within Health and Safety in, ideally, a property or facilities management environment while managing H&S management systems to OSHAS 18001 or ISO 45001 standards.

  • A personality that permits both diplomacy and forcefulness with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels within the Company.

  • A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.

  • Demonstrable effective project management of H&S initiatives.

  • Be able to attend the office in central London between Tuesdays and Thursdays.
