Health, Safety and Quality Manager

Acre is working with a Real Estate Management Firm that is looking for a Health, Safety and Quality Manager to join their team and to support in maintaining their company's and their client's best interests regarding efficient management, policy, procedures and systems.

Using your expertise, you will be expected to develop and implement the Health and safety strategy and obligations and embed a positive H&S culture within the company.

​

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Health and Safety (H&S) operations, including inspections, inductions, communications and recruiting and training fire marshals and other relevant operators

• Manage the H&S and quality management system in line with ISO14001 and ISO 9001 standards and certification and ensure company operations are in line with these systems

• Oversee all IO 14001 and 9001 surveillance and audit process, mitigating and avoiding relevant risks

• Develop and maintain monthly management reports, including supporting the building of the H&S committee report

• Carry out ad-hoc safety inspections where necessary and review and update risk assessments

What you will need:

• Experience and knowledge of operational H&S management issues and procedures

• Hands-on experience in implementing management systems

• Relevant experience in H&S in the property and real estate sector

​
