The role: Investor Relations Director ESG
The Investor Relations Director ESG ("The Director IR") is responsible for the holistic communication strategy and execution towards Korian's investors, specifically on the topic of ESG. This is a senior-level position where you will have the freedom to define and shape communication and investor relations strategies according to your insights and ideas. The Director IR will report to Sarah Mingham (VP Financing & Investor Relations).
Your most important responsibilities will be
Contributing to the production of all the financial communication materials of the company, including press releases, financial result presentations, and universal registration documentation.
Coordinating across the corporate teams to have clear ESG materials and reporting for investors.
Contributing to relations with non-financial rating agencies.
Preparing responses to investor questions and participating in the dialogue as necessary.
Driving forward institutional investor relationships through coordinating and participating in introductory and follow-up meetings with investors.
Maintaining a focused database of target institutional investors and driving progress to the closing of the investment, including reporting of activity pipeline to senior management.
Working to further develop the investor marketing strategy, including feedback from interactions with investors, which may inform this strategy.
Coodinating with group financial and communication teams.
Who you are and what you bring
You are fully committed to Korian's values and are looking to create a real impact through Korian's ESG ambitions.
You have extensive experience in creating and executing communication strategies towards institutional investors.
You have worked either within a corporate, consultancy or financial institution in an investor relations or financial communications or an ESG communications role or as part of a consultancy role.
You have proven and credible knowledge of ESG and the relevant aspects of the discipline for institutional investors.
You bring enthusiasm to the role by sharing and being able to explain Korian's ambition to make a social and environmental impact and grow a profitable business.
You thrive in a fast-moving international environment and can quickly shift priorities accordingly if needed.
You are fluent in French and English.
