Senior Director/VP, Sustainability Consulting Services

Acre has partnered with a leading sustainability consulting firm to help them identify a new leader for their team. Our client advises large corporates and investors on their climate, energy and sustainability portfolio programs.

We are looking for a strong consulting leader with past experience:

• Managing a team of multiple Directors overseeing their team verticals (approx. 40 total employees)

• Training early career professionals

• Developing efficient and effective collaboration processes

• Delivering client services on time and on budget

• Managing staff resources and billing

• Meeting financial targets

• Working in a collaborative executive leadership environment

• Support company business development and thought leadership

• Support the development of new products and services

• Business strategic planning

Required experience:

• 15 or more years of work experience

• 5 years or more leading large teams in a multifunctional environment in the green energy or sustainability sectors

• Successful consulting and/or client services leadership experience

• Able to travel in the US periodically to client and other office work sites
