Sustainability Executive - Retail

Are you currently working in the property or retail sector and have been successful in implementing ESG strategies across standing assets? Do you want to work for a retail owner and developer that is committed to playing an active part in addressing the issues of climate change?

In a newly created role, you will report to the Head of ESG and join a growing and dynamic team and lead the implementation of their ESG strategy across their portfolio of iconic retail assets.

​

As the Sustainability Executive, you will:

• Play a crucial role in the practical delivery of the strategy, developing close, collaborative relationships with tenants and suppliers across UK and Europe.

• Lead environmental programmes relating to their portfolio, supply chain, and corporate initiatives (e.g. waste/energy/water reduction, sustainable travel, supply chain/tenant collaborations)

​In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• A passion for sustainability and be highly motivated to make a positive impact environmentally and socially

• Experience working with corporate clients, property investors, asset managers and/or an understanding of landlord and tenant relationships an advantage.
