Operating at both a strategic and operational level, this is an opportunity for you to have a truly global impact. • Co-ordinate delivery of the sustainability strategy, working with senior sponsors, subject matter experts and sustainability champions across IAG Cargo and other operating companies

  • Provide internal consultancy, clarity on the role of sustainability, expertise, best practices, and assess risks and opportunities

  • Communicate sustainability results to all stakeholders, presenting at internal forums as appropriate and representing IAG Cargo externally in the media

Who you are:

  • An experienced sustainability professional with a broad skillset across ESG

  • Commercially minded - you have an understanding of and interest in the wider business and its stakeholders, including how sustainability can collaborate with other important functions

  • Impact-focused - you have a strong track record of delivering change and impact across complex business environments

  • Technically qualified - you have significant hands-on experience of key sustainability challenges within the logistics sector, including packaging, waste, and supply chain management

  • A self-starter - you enjoy working autonomously and using your initiative to drive lasting cultural change

This role offers flexible working with an office at Heathrow.
