Business Development Lead, Supply Chain Solutions

We’re excited to be working with Holganix as they expand their Supply Chain Solutions business, bringing regenerative agriculture and Scope 3 insetting into the heart of enterprise decarbonization. This is a rare chance to help build a revenue line from the ground up in a company with real climate impact and a product that already delivers in the field.

 

Business Development Lead – Supply Chain Solutions (SCS)

Holganix is building the next category leader at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, and enterprise sustainability. Their mission is to unlock real, verified climate outcomes by bridging the gap between farmers, carbon quantification, and corporate supply chains.

Now, they’re scaling their Scope 3 insetting solutions, and this role will be at the forefront of that growth. If you’ve ever wanted to build a revenue engine inside a high-growth climate company, this is it.

 

 

The Role

As Business Development Lead, SCS, you will originate and close insetting partnerships across food & beverage, apparel, and CPG sectors helping corporates hit their climate goals by investing in regenerative ag at scale. You will help shape the go-to-market strategy, own complex enterprise deals, and collaborate across the organization to turn commitments into outcomes.

 

 

In this role, you will

  • Lead the sales and strategy for Holganix’s Scope 3 insetting partnerships in North America
  • Shape the buyer journey and close enterprise deals (from Russell 2K to Fortune 500)
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and ops to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Develop partnership frameworks and co-investment models with major supply chains
  • Represent Holganix at events and drive market insight into product development

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Enterprise BD or sales experience in climate, carbon markets, or sustainability
  • Deep knowledge of Scope 3 emissions and corporate decarbonization strategies
  • Strategic deal-maker who thrives in long-cycle, high-stakes negotiations
  • Comfortable building systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment
