    Collaborating with senior leaders across the enterprise, including ESG functional leads within various departments, to develop and execute strategies to address the ESG issues relevant to Chewy

    Strengthening Chewy’s standing with investors and other stakeholders by developing and leading their ESG reporting and engagement strategy

    Helping to define what matters most to Chewy, and what KPIs they should be measuring. In line with this, you'll develop a system for reporting key sustainability targets, outcomes, and measures, in alignment with wider business objectives
