Client Delivery Manager

Acre is delighted to partner with an award-winning organisation, Innovation Gateway, which works with clients to identify their specific challenges and source relevant and validated innovative solutions through actionable programmes and innovative technologies.

In this newly created role as a Client Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end relationship between Innovation Gateway and its clients.

​

Key Accountabilities:

• Robustly understand the client's requirements and write challenge and research briefs to guide the delivery activity.

• Develop high-quality professional outward-facing documentation for clients and innovators.

• Develop a programme to ensure that innovators are well supported and in the best possible position to engage and work successfully with Partners.

• Participate in the delivery of innovation pitch days and other collaborative events as required.

To thrive in this role, you already have the following:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in sustainability

• Proven experience in managing client accounts and delivering sustainability solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills are paramount for this role to build trusting relationships with your clients and colleagues.

• Two or more years of experience in business development or commercial roles

• Demonstratable knowledge of net zero and climate issues
