ESG Consultant

Acre is currently working with one of the UK's leading independent communication agencies who are looking to attract a sustainability and ESG consultant to join their team. With an unrivalled depth of knowledge devising and creating integrated communications solutions, this is an opportunity for an individual with a communications or consultancy background and detailed knowledge of ESG issues to take the next step in their career.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

• Defining, developing and ensuring that ESG is at the forefront of their Clients integrated communications solutions
• Working with Senior Directors to ensure that the service offering is constantly evolving to address Client's needs
• Developing strong internal relationships across account teams to be the lead on sustainability issues, including supporting with business development

This is an exciting opportunity to join a communications agency who are deeply embedded with their enviable Client base, in offering strategic ESG advice and support in an international context.

The successful individual will:

• Be willing and able to lead on sustainability and ESG best practice in a multidisciplinary agency
• Have demonstrable experience in strategic corporate communications within an agency or in-house
• Have proven sustainability or ESG experience, including a detailed understanding of the strategic corporate agenda in the UK and internationally
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting in pitches and at conferences
• Be willing and able to support and lead in business development proposals and presentations
