As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting clients to understand and articulate their needs/strategies and develop and sell work accordingly.

• Writing clear and concise proposals to sell standard, more complex and non-standard large products to clients.

• Acting as a trusted advisor for clients and build partnerships between different stakeholders with the aim of developing, building, and maintaining relationships.

• Leading on marketing materials and activities e.g. speaking at/managing conferences.

• Contributing to existing and new business targets by achieving agreed annual percentage split of time on billable activities and non-billable activities.

In the role, you will contribute to the vision to improve workers' livelihoods in a way that benefits businesses and workers by proactively leading, managing and growing several complex and large clients/accounts.

​

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in the oil and gas sector.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (international business/development/ ethical trade/sustainable sourcing, ethical / Social Audit Experience or understanding of factory set-up.

• Experience managing a team- coaching, motivating, and managing performance.
