The Organisation

Acre is working with a global impact investment manager seeking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join its capital raising and product development team. The individual will be part of a diverse, international team based within Europe (HQ), Africa, Latin America and Asia.

The organisation manages funds and investments that deliver sustainable returns and high impact to individuals across emerging markets.

The organisation is now seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join its team who will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts within the Nordics with further opportunities to work on conceptualising, building, and launching new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales and business development fundraising goals and coordinating client acquisition

  • Coordinating relations with investors mainly located in the Nordics

  • Taking responsibility for the after-sales process, including reporting to investors, continuous relationship management, and cross-selling

  • Contributing to the development of a marketing strategy, including customer journey, design, and updating of marketing materials

  • Supporting the conceptualisation and development of new fund structures or financial products

  • Offering research on the impact investor space and managing lead generation

Experience Sought

  • 3+ years of relevant experience selling financial services and products (preferably in fixed-income instruments) in European markets from:

    • Asset/wealth management

    • Private markets

    • Banking, finance, or consulting

  • An excellent network in the Swedish financial sector with a strong preference for those with existing relationships within the wholesale market

  • An individual who is self-driven and has a client-centric mentality. You will be an open and honest communicator with a strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience of sustainable or impact investing in development finance. Where this is lacking, you must provide evidence of a strong passion for the space

  • Strong academic credentials

  • Fluent in English & Swedish. Fluency in either French, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish would be a plus
