Acre is partnering with one of Europe's leading B2B platforms for on-the-road payment solutions, DKV Mobility, on a search for a Senior Sustainability Manager.
With customer presence across more than 50 European countries, this position will play a vital role in driving the transition towards an efficient and sustainable future of mobility.
Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will help shape and drive the group-wide sustainability strategy of the DKV Mobility Group.
Key Responsibilities
Support in shaping and driving the group-wide sustainability strategy.
You are responsible for the annual, group-wide sustainability reporting within the framework of the CSRD, EU taxonomy and various ESG ratings (e.g. EcoVadis, Sustainalytics).
You will ensure that the ESG strategy is further developed and ambitious ESG goals are defined and achieved.
Cross-functional dialogues, advocacy, and sustainability training with decision-makers from relevant departments for the strategic development and implementation of topics such as ESG KPIs and goals or emerging legal requirements.
Drive the integration of ESG into corporate governance systems (e.g. ICS) and design processes for controlling and reporting non-financial topics.
Work in close collaboration with teams, the management across business units and on a project-specific basis, with relevant stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements
A degree in economics or business administration, preferably with a focus on sustainability management/finance OR a comparable degree or proven experience in the sector.
Ideally, you have several years of practical experience in the desired area of sustainability management, in industry or in consultancy.
You have in-depth specialist knowledge of ESG topics, including knowledge of reporting standards and ratings.
In combination with an analytical and structured way of thinking and working, you have a positive and proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills at the management level, work independently and in a structured manner; experience in project management is an advantage.
Fluency in both verbal and written German and English is a must; familiar with MS Office suite of tools.
