Acre is working exclusively with a leading real estate company that owns, manages and develops logistics and distribution centres. They own a portfolio of 600 high-quality properties across the European supply chain.

Headquartered in London and Luxembourg, with regional offices across Europe.

As the Sustainability Data Manager, you will report to the Sustainability Director and play a pivotal role in leading both external and internal sustainability reporting initiatives. You will also be supporting the company in delivering its wider ESG sustainability strategy by driving continuous improvement in carbon accounting and GHG emissions tracking and reporting continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance ESG reporting and disclosures, including GRESB, TCFD and Annual Reports and drive awareness with staff on how these relate to business operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement of carbon accounting methodologies, reporting, assurance, and target setting for Scope 1, 2, and Scope 3 emissions, including SECR and SBTi reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of GHG accounting, calculation, and reporting.

  • Experience across net-zero, science-based targets and decarbonisation strategies.

  • Proficiency with energy management tools such as DeepKi, would be advantageous.

  • Analytical, systematic, and thorough.

  • Highly organised, with effective task prioritisation skills and an eye for detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in an international, dedicated, and highly motivated team.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Another language is a plus.
