Are you passionate about sustainability and experienced in managing non-financial data to drive ESG initiatives?

Acre is working exclusively with a leading real estate company that owns, manages and develops logistics and distribution centres. They own a portfolio of 600 high-quality properties across the European supply chain.

Headquartered in London and Luxembourg, with regional offices across Europe.

As the ESG Analyst, you will report to the Sustainability Director and support the collection, management and analysis of non-financial and ESG data. You will own the sourcing and cleansing of data, along with structuring, maintaining and analysing portfolio-wide operational data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse portfolio-wide data of non-financial operating information, and property-related information such as EPCs, PV installations, BREAM and DGNB Certifications.

  • Compile data for external reports such as GRESB submissions and Annual Reports.

  • Monitor and analyse key data, such as carbon emissions, energy consumption data, sustainability of new assets and energy generation from renewable sources.

  • Employ existing data for scenario analysis and analytical models.

Key Requirements:

  • Some knowledge of GHG accounting, calculation, and reporting.

  • Proficiency with energy management tools such as DeepKi, would be advantageous.

  • Analytical, systematic, and thorough.

  • Highly organised, with effective task prioritisation skills and an eye for detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in an international, dedicated, and highly motivated team.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Another language is a plus.
