Acre is proud to partner with Flora Food Group to appoint a Senior Manager, Sustainability Framework and Reporting. This is a pivotal role within the global Finance team, responsible for leading the implementation of ESG frameworks and non-financial reporting at scale.

The Role
Reporting to senior leadership in the Global Group Control Team, this role will shape and lead the evolution of Flora Food Group’s sustainability framework - translating regulatory requirements, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities into a clear and impactful performance management strategy. The successful candidate will work across functions and geographies, embedding ESG into decision-making and driving transparent reporting that reflects genuine progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development and integration of Flora Food Group’s sustainability framework, ensuring alignment with global standards and corporate strategy
- Develop clear and compelling communication strategies that articulate the organisation’s ESG ambitions and progress in close collaboration with Global Corporate Affairs
- Identify ESG risks and opportunities and collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and value-creation initiatives
- Manage global ESG and non-financial reporting processes, including data governance, assurance, and disclosures
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, such as CSRD and ISSB, and manage the production of annual sustainability reports
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on ESG reporting and strategy, engaging with executive leadership, investors, rating agencies, and regulators
- Benchmark performance against peers, monitor ESG ratings, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing sustainability team while supporting alignment with global counterparts
What You Will Bring
- Significant experience in corporate sustainability, ESG strategy, or non-financial reporting
- Strong working knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and disclosure regulations (e.g., GRI, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB)
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex ESG data into business-relevant insights
- Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing ESG materials for executive-level audiences
- High proficiency in ESG platforms, tools, and data management systems
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement, particularly at senior levels
- Prior experience in the food, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous
