As the company continues its rapid European expansion, it is seeking a Senior O&M Manager to build and lead its international engineering and service teams. This key role will focus on scaling operations, driving performance, and ensuring excellence across a growing portfolio of battery storage projects. The position can be based anywhere in Europe, offering an opportunity to join a fast-moving, innovative company shaping the future of clean energy across the continent.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical operations, coordinate teams, and manage client relationships across large-scale BESS projects in the UK and Europe.
- Develop, standardise, and continuously improve technical SOPs and maintenance processes.
- Ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction by effectively coordinating internal and external resources.
- Assess O&M team skills regularly, identify training needs, and deliver development programmes to maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate with H&S teams to ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company safety policies.
- Oversee warehouse management, spare parts inventory, and local supply chain activities supporting O&M operations.
- Monitor system performance via SCADA and remote platforms, analysing operational data to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain consistency and operational excellence across all O&M activities and locations.
Qualifications
- 5 – 10 years of experience in O&M within the renewable energy/energy storage space.
- 2-3 years of leading O&M teams in Europe
- Exposure and knowledge of BESS
- Strong understanding of HV/LV Power electronics, including transformers and inverters.
