As the Country Manager, you will lead national operations, driving business growth, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee market expansion, revenue generation, and team leadership, ensuring the company’s success and presence within the renewable energy and digital solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Development: Shape and execute growth strategies, identify trends, and expand partnerships with installers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Sales & Commercial Leadership: Achieve revenue targets, lead commercial teams, and develop pricing and go-to-market strategies.

Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure partner onboarding and customer success, and maintain service excellence.

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Financial & Strategic Oversight: Manage budgets, P&L, and resources, while monitoring performance and supporting strategic planning.

Brand & Industry Presence: Represent the company at events, act as a regional spokesperson, and build relationships with policymakers and associations.
Key Requirements:

Proven leadership in market development, sales, and operations.

10+ years in SaaS and Renewable Energy sector, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy or digital solutions sector.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS or platform businesses and launching financial products.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership.
- Deep understanding of payments, lending, cross-border settlement, and embedded finance.
- Languages requirement : German native, fluent in English.
