Acre is partnered with a major infrastructure client looking to bolster their Corporate Finance and Capital Markets capability at both the Manager and Director levels. This team will work directly with the CFO and spearhead key initiatives, including DOE loan processes, new strategic financing, and general corporate finance development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of corporate & project-level capital raises, including sponsor and corporate equity issuances, construction financing, debt/refinancing, and complex structured financings.
- Structure and execute monetization of tax credits and carbon credits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and financing partners that include industry players, investors, lenders, and government agencies
- Support long-term financial planning, capital structure planning, and liquidity management
- Provide ad hoc support to the FP&A division when required
Mandatory Experience
Director Level
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, and related fields
- MUST have experience within the molecules sector (Clean Fuels, Natural Gas, LNG, CCS, Biofuels, RNG, Oil & Gas industries)
- Proven track record of leading M&A transactions and complex financial initiatives
- Experience working with executive leadership and leading teams
Manager Level
- 3+ Years of experience working in an investment banking execution team, PE team, or transaction-oriented public corporation
- Professional experience grounded in project finance transactions, due diligence, and financial modeling
- Molecules industry experience highly preferred; experience with general energy or chemicals required
