Acre is delighted to be partnering with a global business association in seeking a Membership & Engagement Manager to manage and grow relationships with senior leaders across the consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, and professional services sectors.
The role
You will manage a portfolio of c.75 member organisations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on retention, engagement, and selective growth. Working directly with C-suite stakeholders, you’ll translate complex programmes into clear value, drive participation in flagship initiatives and events, and identify high-quality new members aligned with the organisation’s ambition and impact agenda.
You will
- Manage and grow senior relationships across an EMEA member portfolio
- Deliver tailored engagement plans to drive retention and participation
- Recruit and onboard new members with the right scale and ambition
- Represent the organisation at international events and CEO meetings
- Collaborate closely with internal programme, events, and communications teams
Your experience
- Strong background in key account management, partnerships, or membership-led organisations
- Confident, engaging, and influencing at the C-suite level
- Commercial, self-directed, and comfortable working with autonomy
- Able to grasp complex subject matter and articulate value clearly
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus
