Chief Commercial Officer - Social Impact

Acre is proudly working with a Series A-backed impact measurement company, trusted by blue chip corporations, leading investors, and major NGOs worldwide, is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to drive the next phase of its revenue growth. With a proven methodology, a growing SaaS product suite, and a global client base, the organisation is at an exciting inflection point.

 

This is a player-coach role: you will carry a personal sales target while leading a globally distributed sales team. The role sits on the senior leadership team and reports directly to the CEO.

 

Minimum requirements

 

All of the following are essential:

  • Proven track record as an individual seller, closing complex, multi-stakeholder, consultative B2B deals
  • Background in data, research, measurement, or insights businesses
  • Experience selling to or within impact investing, development finance, foundations, or corporate sustainability
  • Experience leading commercial teams and helping organisations scale beyond founder-led sales
  • Willingness to travel globally
