Acre is proudly working with NOOSA® in their search for a Product Sales Manager - Circularity.

 

The Company

 

NOOSA® is a Belgian company established in 2019. Their headquarters are in Brussels, where most of their activities take place: from Research & Development to commercial activities and from fibre extrusion at pilot scale to its recycling.

 

NOOSA® focuses on two primary areas of activity: the production of a PLA textile fibre and its recycling. After production, they supply their bio-based fibre and yarn to brands and manufacturers, who process them into a wide range of end products. However, their commitment doesn’t end there.

 

Join NOOSA®’s dynamic Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and accelerating the circular economy in textiles. As a key player in our mission, you’ll build long-term, value-driven relationships with customers and guide them through their transition to circularity using NOOSA® products.

 

This role blends sales, product strategy, and brand development. You’ll coordinate across business touchpoints, manage customer developments aligned with sustainability goals, and shape NOOSA®'s positioning in the market.

 

The Role

 

You will develop sales opportunities by identifying prospects interested in NOOSA®’s products and by guiding customers through the production of end-products. You manage the manufacturing partners' network (internal sales) to accelerate the development time with final customers (brands). You know exactly what the customer needs and can communicate a clear plan, guiding customers through the production of end-products (from prototyping to what to write on composition labels).

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

 

  • Own the Product 360°: Manage the full lifecycle of NOOSA® products - from yarn spinner to garment manufacturer. You will coordinate product development, technical trials, and ensure alignment with customer sustainability goals.
  • Drive Sales & Growth: Identify high-potential leads, pitch NOOSA®’s value proposition, and convert them into long-term partners. You will manage complex sales cycles and build tailored business cases to support adoption.
  • Lead Customer Success: Guide customers through prototyping, labelling, and production. You will be their go-to expert, ensuring a smooth transition to circular practices.
  • Manage & Grow the Partner Network: Support and sign new textile mills, agents, and distributors to develop NOOSA®’s network, optimise the different distribution channels to spread their products internationally.
  • Shape the Brand: Monitor and implement branding and communication guidelines to their partners that reflect NOOSA®’s values and product strengths.
  • Strategise & Execute: Lead strategic meetings, analyse data, and test new initiatives. You will have full ownership of your roadmap and the freedom to innovate.

 

The role requires a unique combination of organisational skills and process architecting to build things from the ground up and get stuff done.

 

Desired Qualifications

 

  • Dedicated experience (minimum 5 years) in Sales, Business Development, or Product Development. Textile industry knowledge is a must.
  • Proven success in product launches, innovation, partnerships, and key account development.
  • Takes initiative: Life at NOOSA®is a rollercoaster since things are moving fast, and they are looking for individuals who can prioritise and get things done. “Can-do and proactive attitude”.
  • A natural communicator and storyteller - able to pitch, persuade, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on execution: you can build a business case and manage a project from A to Z. You’re a killer at planning and bring data analysis into your reflection.
  • Adaptability and resilience: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can connect with both large industrial players and niche designers.
  • You navigate through Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM tools. Experience with Odoo and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and one additional language (Portuguese, Dutch, German, Turkish, Italian are a plus).
  • You are open to travel. A driver's license is required.
