Emily Goetsch

Emily leads the Research and Advisory functions across EMEA, developing research strategies, delivering retained searches, and providing market insights to clients across all of Acre's markets. She brings a strong qualitative and quantitative research background, having completed her PhD at the University of Edinburgh, where she lectured and researched for several years before moving to an executive search firm where she led searches, consulting pieces, and thought leadership reports focussed on the natural resources space.

 
Emily is passionate about supporting those from diverse backgrounds to gain educational and employment opportunities. She is on the Boards of She is Sustainable and Catalyse Change, and mentors young women looking to embrace careers in sustainability.
