Paddy has spent 20 years working in Executive Search across multiple markets in the APAC region with relationships across the finance and commercial sectors. He joined Acre in 2022 to launch the APAC business and now leads the firm's operations across the region. He remains actively involved in delivering search work with a specific focus on working with Private Markets, Family Offices, Banks, Insurance and Asset Management.
He also works extensively in the not-for-profit and NGO sectors. He has a BSc in Geography from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
