Tanith leads Acre's EMEA business overseeing teams across the UK and Europe and has spent the last decade hiring into sustainability and impact. Tanith spends the majority of her time with Acre's clients, delivering executive search projects, particularly those with a learning or exploration lens, as well as bespoke consultancy and business optimisation assignments.
Beyond her day job, Tanith is also an advisor to the sustainable packaging start-up, Notpla, and has worked as a pro bono recruitment partner for Ocean Generation and Global Action Plan.
