Valerie Lim

Valerie joined Acre in 2022 as a Senior Consultant specialising in Sustainable Business and Advisory. After two successful years, she transitioned to a research-focused role and now leads Research for the APAC region. Additionally, Valerie heads the leadership development offering, utilising her SHL certification for ability and personality assessments and coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute to support professionals and leaders.

 
With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology, Valerie began her career at a boutique executive search firm in London. Born in Singapore, she returned home after seven years in the UK. Valerie has since gained extensive global experience in Executive Search across industries and functions at Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry, focusing on hiring and developing exceptional leaders for lasting impact.
