Are you motivated by making a significant impact on global social performance within the manufacturing space? You

  • Are currently a highly experienced social performance and reporting practitioner, having worked in and across various businesses or sectors on solutions-focused approaches to a wide range of Environmental, Social and Governance challenges.

  • Have first-hand experience Identifying and providing recommendations to mitigate Social Performance risks across a value chain.

  • Have learned from mistakes as well as successes, you have developed excellent emotional awareness around how it takes more than individual expertise to achieve real systemic change.

  • Know how to participate in preparing and delivering Social Performance strategies and reports to Board and Executive level SD governance bodies.
