Are currently a highly experienced social performance and reporting practitioner, having worked in and across various businesses or sectors on solutions-focused approaches to a wide range of Environmental, Social and Governance challenges.
Have first-hand experience Identifying and providing recommendations to mitigate Social Performance risks across a value chain.
Have learned from mistakes as well as successes, you have developed excellent emotional awareness around how it takes more than individual expertise to achieve real systemic change.
Know how to participate in preparing and delivering Social Performance strategies and reports to Board and Executive level SD governance bodies.
