Sustainability Executive - FTSE 100

One of the most prestigious real estate and development organisations in the UK, with an extremely impressive portfolio, is looking to hire a Sustainability Executive to be part of their growing sustainability team.

​

As part of the Sustainability Team, in partnership with the Development team, you will advise and promote sustainable design and construction across the organisation's extensive development pipeline comprising offices, retail and mixed-use masterplans.

​

You will be creating a vital link between the company's sustainability vision and programme and the experiences they deliver through their growing portfolio of developments and refurbishments, predominantly in their retail portfolio, ensuring their products and delivery reflect their aspirations in all aspects of the programme.

​

This role plays a key part in developing and implementing the company's industry-leading sustainability programme, supporting the delivery of healthy and net-zero carbon buildings. You will be working with some of the most innovative sustainability professionals in the market.

​

Your experience:

• Knowledge of property and construction is essential

• Literate in carbon reporting and modelling experience would be ideal but not essential; however, a general understanding is needed.

• Gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders
