Thematic Research Analyst

We have partnered with a specialist asset manager looking for an ESG analyst to join their existing sustainability research/engagement team.

​

This position involves leading thematic research and related engagement, with a focus on global equities.

​

The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding sustainable investment research across a range of sustainable and impact strategies.

​

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to research projects on material environmental and social themes relevant to the fund range

• Assist the team in effectively analysing and leveraging sustainability focussed data (internal and external data sources)

• Identify opportunities for engagement with portfolio companies in efforts to create financial value through driving change

​

Background:

• Knowledge of sustainability/ responsible and impact investment

• A background in identifying engagement opportunities through the use of thematic research

• Experience working with investment teams is ideal
