We have partnered with a specialist asset manager looking for an ESG analyst to join their existing sustainability research/engagement team.

This position involves leading thematic research and related engagement, with a focus on global equities.

The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding sustainable investment research across a range of sustainable and impact strategies.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to research projects on material environmental and social themes relevant to the fund range
Assist the team in effectively analysing and leveraging sustainability focussed data (internal and external data sources)
Identify opportunities for engagement with portfolio companies in efforts to create financial value through driving change

Background:

Knowledge of sustainability/ responsible and impact investment
A background in identifying engagement opportunities through the use of thematic research
Experience working with investment teams is ideal
