Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage key accounting cycles end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Lead or support monthly, quarterly, annual close processes across multiple entities
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and implement new accounting standards as required
- Support ERP selection and implementation
- Contribute to implementation and optimization of CPM Management – OneStream experience isa plus
- Design scalable processes, controls, and reporting structures in a growing environment
- Partner across development, operations, treasury, legal, and finance to create seamless handoffs across asset lifecycle
- Establish clear ownership, documentation, and accountability across accounting workflows
- Mentor junior accounting team members with empathy and high standards
- Drive accountability and operational performance across the function
- Lead technology-focused initiatives and process redesign efforts
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or Business
- 5+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience with ownership of full-cycle accounting processes
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards
- Experience owning accounting cycles end-to-end
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
- Experience with various ERP and CPM tools – OneStream strongly preferred
