Country Director - Canada

Nofence

Acre is excited to be partnering with Nofence as they make their first-ever hire in Canada. This isn't a "manage the existing playbook" kind of role; it's a ground-floor opportunity for someone who knows Canadian cattle country, has the commercial instincts to open a new market, and thrives on figuring things out on the fly.

Nofence is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Market Manager Canada to establish and lead Nofence's operations in the Canadian market. This pivotal role carries full responsibility for market performance and the development of local sales and customer success teams. As the company's first representative on the ground, you will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution to lay the foundation for sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial acumen, strategic marketing insight, and a deep understanding of Canadian livestock agriculture. You thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where adaptability and structure must coexist. Your ability to balance operational delivery with long-term planning will be key to successfully bringing Nofence's proven and preferred solution to Canadian producers.

Personality and mindset will be critical to success. You are driven, curious, and ambitious, able to influence, inspire, and execute. While specific experience in all areas is not essential, strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and a commercial growth mindset will enable you to make a tangible impact from day one.

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent Nofence at key relevant livestock events, trade shows, and industry forums.
  • Own sales processes - from handling inbound inquiries to driving proactive outbound activities.
