The Charging Equipment business unit is one of the most innovative and fastest-growing teams within the Group and as Sales Support Engineer for this division, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the customers through the ordering and delivering process, providing all the product information, and following the relevant QHSE procedures as described in AIM. Key Accountabilities:
Your background in the electrical manufacturing field together with your excellent communication skills will be a great asset, as you will play an important role in the product innovation and standardization for the specific country situation.
You will be taking care of the customer contracts, orders, and requests while providing outstanding service and accurate information regarding prices, procedures, and product specifications.
A high sense of collaboration is also key in this position as you will support the Sales Managers in initiating and improving the internal work processes and will play a crucial role in the internal communication regarding planning, price level, order deviations, and changes.
You have a good sense of urgency and enjoy working in highly dynamic environments, where your proactivity is highly valuable for the achievement of the team's objectives.

About You:
You have 2+ years of working experience in the EV-Charging sector or within the electronic manufacturing/ production environment.
Higher professional education in Business, preferably Electrical Engineering, Energy, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of and experience with computer systems, including MS Office, ERP system, and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments.
Fluent (written and verbal) in German and excellent English.
Valid EU driving license.
