With over 1,500 responses received, they will share key demographic trends, barriers to entry and advancement, our experiences with equity, diversity, and inclusion in our profession and in our organizations, and what it means as we collectively try to create a sustainable and just world.

Time: September 15th, 2021 11:00 AM EST

About the Survey: The survey, which is the first to look into identifying areas of improvement across the sector for equity, diversity and inclusion, is designed to develop a baseline understanding of today’s state of EDI in sustainability professions across multiple industries.

The survey aims to provide a better understanding of the following topics:

- How diverse is the sector across race/ethnicity, immigration status, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, social mobility/class, education, religion, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, and caregiver status?

- What barriers to entry are faced in entering the field of sustainability?

- Have individuals experienced inclusion and equity within sustainability organisations?

- How do sustainability organisations support equity, diversity and inclusion?
